In order to receive the next 40% of the Tranche, we are required to

• Form a DAO
• Launch on the Main-net

DAO

Our DAO formation is going to start simple. This will involve the creation of a Multi-Sig on the Harmony Protocol with nominated Governors from Daccred and delegated Governors from the Harmony DAO to enable Team votes.

Action Items

What are the outcomes that will result from these changes? How will we evaluate success for the proposed changes?

• All Teammates have created a Wallet Address
• A Minimum of 10 ONE Tokens have been airdropped to all wallets (For Tx signatures)
• A Multi-Sig Wallet Address has been created with all Signatories
• Multi-Sig requirement of 5-out-of-9 Multi-Sig with our DAOs, is met.
